Our philosophy is to work closely with our customers to develop successful products. We are experts in transferring existing produts or we can help our customers to develop new products for a specific consumer need.

We think like brand owners when it comes to product development and our team comprises herbalists and nutritionists all with an excellent understanding of the marketplaces in which we operate. In a rapidly changing market it is essential to keep reinventing; we recognise this and work closely with our suppliers and customers to make sure we have the best ideas, first.

Product quality is the key to the success of our business and to that of our customers. We know that many of our customers are operating in price sensitive environments and that we have to be competitive, but we never compromise on quality. All our products are manufactured in premise licensed by the UK Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and produced to GMP. We also have ISO 9001:2000 and British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation (Level A).

To support our approach to product quality we have excellent in-house laboratory facilities and personnel that comprise analytical chemists and 'Qualified Persons'.

Our facilities include:

• In-house analysis & method validation
• In-house stability testing (ICH)
• In-house irradiation testing facility (PSL)
• In-house microbiological testing
